Have you ever found yourself doing this? I have! It seems that sometimes we get “locked in” to some funky moods, that are just hard to break out of. Being overwhelmed, trying to do too much, someone else’s agenda!! Or anything thing else that has you “locked up”.
STOP, SIT DOWN, BREATHE – count to 10, Think . . .
- What do you want to do?
- What do you have to do?
- What has to be done immediately?
- How much time do I have?
- When the crucial first 3 are done – I will reward myself with _________
You can do this, make a change for yourself, which will ultimately benefit your family, your job, your life!
