Digital Detox – Is It Possible?

Here’s something to think about: How much time do you spend on your cell phone each day? Be realistic and the answer might surprise you. If you find yourself constantly connected, it might be time for a digital detox.  Here is the link – ideas for the digial detox

Today may not be the day to try this but this early in the week you can plan for it.  Put it on the calendar then stick to it!  An alternative is to send a card or actually talk on the phone with your friends & family.  They will probably be glad to hear your voice if you do call!  Just food for thought.
