What does FEAR mean to You?

We all have experienced fear in various aspects of our lives.  How do we deal with it?  In my case the effects are as varied as the experiences themselves.  I’ve been learning so much about how fear affects us.  How is effects our minds, our bodies and our lives!  It really does – we need to get a new perspective on it and it really is possible to change our reaction to the FEAR when it comes our way.

Let’s change the CHOICE that YOU make!  Reason for the change –  there is so much for you on the other side of FEAR!

There can be a calm in the midst of the storm.  Tornadoes and Hurricanes have those spots and so can we!

When we have the calm, we regain our power and control.  We now have the focus to find the good in the situation.  The pain may still be there but our focus is on the good and what now can be!

Just my thoughts as I work on my reactions to fear, it is encouraging to write it down and have a piece to look at it any time.  The change is coming for me – freedom and blessing, love it!
